[080707] General Rules!, A Must Read Before Posting~

General Rules of GGPH. This will serve as your guide to posting in the message boards. It is up to your discretion to think of posting what is appropriate and what is not. We don't need to place all rules and regulations, provided that you do your part and use your common sense to decide if what you are going to place is valid or not.

000 Use Language Common to All
Write in any way which you are comfortable with so as long as the readers can understand. Consideration for other members is a must. Style varies from Tagalog, English, as well as Taglish. Regional dialects will not be tolerated.

001 No Bashing, Sexist, Racist or Generally Hateful and Inappropriate Language
We are a friendly forum of Soshi admirers, and we like to keep it that way. So please do treat this message board and the members with the utmost courtesy.

002 No Pornographic Images/Sexually Explicit Material
Keep the forums decent. Remember that members here are of all ages. Be respectful.

003 No Spamming
Please do not do a double post and replies that contain only too little amount of characters. Put some thought into your replies/commentaries. Also, no fooling around within the topic such as reckless use of fonts and images. Posting a 10-word reply is considered spamming. Please make your reply at least 10 words.

004 Do Not Quote Images
Be aware that not all viewers have the same internet speed as yours. Be considerate to others and not quote images for their benefits. If you want to quote, please remove the img tag.

005 Hide Tag Rules
Please be inform that when you are posting soshi pics for our gallery, you are oblige to use hide tags, same goes with download links. Using hide tags in posting streaming links and news articles is optional. Please use these code:

006 Follow Specific Forums Rules
Other sections and subforums have their own set of rules, so please read and comply to each of them before you begin your post.

007 Multiply Accounts
We can trace all the details of your account. So dont even try making multiple accounts.

008 Signature and Avatar Rule
In order to help make this all user friendly, we have to establish a rule on graphics

1. No more than three graphics in the sig. You can mix and match graphics such as, icons, animations, and banners, but no more than three of anything to your sig. Try keeping it neat and easy on the eyes.

2. Maximum size of banners must not exceed 400x180 OR 110KB. We find this very reasonable because in other forums, your banners can't go over 40kb/300x100. Please don't take advantage of this and go all out on your banners.

3 . Maximum lines of text is upto 4. You do not need to write that much for a signature. Do not bombard that many characters. If you have a rather large banner, limit to only 2 text lines.

4. Icon/Avatar should not be anymore than 120 kb, that's pretty good, and a decent size for any forum.

009 Selling Merchandises
Please be aware that selling other merchandises are not allowed if there are no permission from the administrators.

Not complying with the rules will tend to a warning once caught. Further acts of violation will result to a possible termination of account; and consequently, your participation in the forums if the admin sees fit to do so.

As the forums move along, some rules may be added during the course of time with regards to the activities that may occur. We will make sure that you be kept updated by sending mass pms to all members.

So far I'm glad to see all of us are abiding by the rules..yehey!! haha
I like the fact that all of us here are very responsible and mature enough to coexist in the forums neatly and respectfully..

Still, I hope these rules don't hinder you from posting..have fun in the threads and dont be shy about your comments, provided that you are aware of the effects of your actions..I know some things need not to be said anymore, just use your mind..

I see that somehow this has turned out to be a discussion thread for some members..but I don't mind..I will not close this thread so that reactions can still be posted up here and somehow help in updating the Gen rules to our ease..

I have a question. what is the maximum size for pictures that can be posted in the news threads and other threads? 700 pixels din ba?

it is better kung 700px pero ok din nmn ang masmalaki pero dapat nka thumnail view na^^
